We prepare all our meals with locally sourced ingredients to the greatest extent possible. Our sources include Mills River Creamery, Hickory Nut Gap, Due South Coffee, Three Graces Dairy and many of the local farmer’s markets.
Take advantage of our completely renovated Michelin star chef tested kitchen and spend some time baking or cooking with us or perhaps learn from our guest chefs who visit from time to time.
Sample local craft beers from our local partner Burial Beer Co. before heading into town to visit breweries, or enjoy a bottle of wine from our cellar. The owner sometimes surprises guests by sharing complementary bottles from his personal cellar.
