You can take a 15 minute stroll from Applewood Manor Inn to the cave, located at 12 Eagle Street. Stop in on Saturday evenings to enjoy a relaxing meditation, as you allow your body to soak in the benefits of pink Himalayan sea salt. Salt caves have been used for centuries to improve respiration, skin tone and mood.
