New Belgium begins test brewing at Asheville plant
Is it not time to plan your spring trip to Asheville to stay with us? Well, if you are a beer lover it should be. New Belgium is opening their east coast plant just minutes from downtown Asheville and tours start in the Spring. Here is the update from our localpaper!
Vortex Doughnuts in the south slope section of Asheville is a great place to stop for, well DOUGHNUTS and some of the best coffee around. In this article from the MtnExpress they discuss about giving back by brewing coffee Suke Quto Farm beginning Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., and on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays through the end of the month. A dollar from each bag of Suke Quto coffee sold will go to helping fund a new school in the region where the coffee farmers work.
