The Northern Spy Room at our historic Asheville Bed and Breakfast - What used to be Captain Perry's sleeping quarters is now our coziest room on the second floor of the manor house. It has a Queen size painted iron bed, writing desk, padded rocking chair, ceiling fan, armoire for your clothing and Applewood Manor Inn's lush monogrammed Turkish cotton robes. The remaining portion of the maid's original ironing room is now a compact en-suite bath with a shower and bath vent fan for privacy. It also has all the other standard amenities placed in our rooms to complete your luxury needs including a flat screen TV/DVD facing the bed.

Our Location may be our best amenity. This Asheville bed and breakfast is a short stroll to downtown Asheville and the University of North Carolina at Asheville, a 5 minute drive to the Biltmore House and Mission Hospitals, and a 10 minute drive to the nearest Blue Ridge Parkway access.

All of our Asheville accommodations are garnished with fresh flowers and rich chocolates on your pillow and feature king or queen-size beds with fine linens, beautiful antiques, private en-suite baths, television with built-in DVD players and iPod or iHome clock radios. Some guestrooms include fireplaces, private balconies, ceiling fans and more. Please take some time to explore each of our rooms as we are sure you will find one that is just right for you.
