Honoring our Active and Retired Veterans on Wednesday, November 11, 2015

Honoring our Active and Retired Veterans on Wednesday, November 11, 2015

Applewood Manor Inn B&B has reserved all 6 of their rooms to offer a free night’s stay for active or retired veterans and their spouses on Wednesday, November 11, 2015.  As a member of the Asheville Bed Breakfast Association (ABBA), we join in offering a special ‘THANK YOU’ to military service men/women and their families in the nation wide B&Bs for Vets 2015.

Applewood Manor Inn B&B will be giving priority to active or retired veterans who have never been able to take part in this celebration.  PLEASE, if you have had the good fortune to have stayed for free on Veterans Day at a B&B in the past anywhere, help by allowing others to have the experience, pass on the information to those less fortunate.

You will have to call 828-254-2244 to make a reservation.  You will not be able to book online for this Veterans Day event.  This offer applies to two adults per room only (no children or pets).  If all 54 donated rooms in ABBA are full, there will be a waiting list available to fill in if there are cancellations.

This offer requires that participants to follow/accept our Applewood Manor Inn Policies and Cancellation Policies, located on our web site www.applewoodmanor.com, (click here for Policies). Though the single night stay on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, is free of charge, you will need to provide a credit card (not American Express) to hold the reservation and all policies will apply.  So if there is a cancellation less than 5 days before Wednesday, November 11 or a no show, you will be charged the cost of the room if we are unable to fill your spot.

So please join us in this celebration honoring our service women/men. Allow us to pamper you.

Today the Asheville Citizen-Times, our local newspaper, ran an article on the local bed and breakfast scene and how we have carved out such a nice, quiet, safe niche for our clients.
