We are located on an acre and a half in the historic Montford district, a quiet setting with large pine, oak and mable trees (great for bird watching), off street parking, 3/4 mile sidewalk stroll through the Historic Neighborhood to downtown Asheville. AppleWood is a few years from being 100 years old, completed building in 1912 by Captain John A. Perry.
