"Between Nancy and Larry, we could ask questions about the area and the house and get great information. The adorable dogs, Mr. Monty and Miss Maggie helped ease my cat 'withdrawal,' and the porches offered a hidden, quiet place for us to sip wine and relax. Healthy, delicious, HUGE, multi-course breakfasts, and wine and cheese for cocktails each evening gave an opportunity to visit with the other guests. We never could have dreamed up such a pleasant place! A stone's throw from Biltmore (which was our destination) we ended up with more appreciation of this lovely B&B than Biltmore. No kidding. Biltmore was interesting, but the AppleWood has personalized charm and warmth. We were totally relaxed and excently cared for in this very pretty, historical structure!."
